This game is fantastic! You have as much control of your team as you want. You have control over everything, but you can delegate as much as you want to your coaches. You will get hooked! Just play one season.
A great game for football fans. The developer is continually making improvements and is always available and willing to listen to suggestions on how the game can be made even better. This is by far the best football sim I have played. Oh, and it’s free. The only thing thats costs money is the ability to customize your team (in some leagues). This allows you to change the city, name, colors,...[Read More]
Are you the kind of Madden player that wished there was more to franchise mode? Get your kicks from football stats, drafting, and strategy? Play this game, and manage your team the way you wish the pro’s would. Still in development, but coming along nicely.
I’ve played numerous simulated sports games and this is by far the best one that I have played. The detail to the gaming engine and preparation of your team is the best. In coming over from another sim football game, the MFN gaming experience gives a true GM / Coaching experience of a professional football team. The game planning system is great and a live draft on draft day to top it off; ...[Read More]
I’ve searched for a better part of the past decade for a competitive and realistic football management simulator, and until now, have been left always wanting. While the game is, as of this writing (first quarter of 2015), still under development, the existing core is by far superior to any other product available (and trust that I’ve scoured exhaustively). Especially enticing is the n...[Read More]
I would have given MFN a 9 but slipped when giving my vote….. This game is developed and run by J David Baker, who in my opinion is onto a winner with this game. The game itself is still in its infancy and there are a tiny amount of tweaks that need addressing, but as anyone on that site will tell you JD is always around to help and answer any query you might have. I have been on other MMOR...[Read More]
The game is pretty simple to learn and quite fun to play. It was easy to understand the menus and it took almost no time. The game is really addicting and is still in the early phases. It’s different than the other GM hockey simulators out there and it also offers in depth statistics and stuff. I will probably playing it for a long time.
DeepRoute is the best NFL style football sim around, and it’s FREE! Well not totally free but free if you want it to be. As a rookie you can manage 1 team completely free. You can pretty much manage the entire game. The only things you don’t get free?… Advanced playbooks. And honestly it’s not that big of a deal. And guess what if you want playbooks all you do is buy credit...[Read More]
Deep Route is an American football sim for hard-core football enthusiasts. The game features an intricate and in-depth simulation of NFL-style football from a general manager and offensive/defensive coordinator POV. If you have always wanted to get your hands on building a roster of players you believe in, and scheming how they play their games, are not afraid of hard work analyzing the details, a...[Read More]
DR is a great game, lately being improved upon. A lot of fun once you get started. You get to be the owner gm and coach! You make the hiring decisions, set contracts and draft boards. You can setup your own lineups on offense and defense. Easy to learn if you understand and enjoy football. You can play at different difficulty levels. Playbooks are available, both offense and defense. Your team pla...[Read More]
I joined DeepRoute a little over a year ago and am completely hooked. The game and GM functions are great, the developer is very available on the chat boards, and the community feel in the leages is really cool.
Been playing this game for about 5 years now, and its extremely fun, and that makes it extremely addictive as a result. Building/Rebuilding your team from the wreckage of a previous owner can be meticulous and done from the draft, trying to spot the potential gems with those late draft picks. Or you can cut all the deadwood with 2 clicks, and rebuild through free agency. The forum community has so...[Read More]
