User Reviews – Virtual League of Hockey

A solid management game – sims quickly – well thought out for player development – works well as a freemium type game – you can have a good team without paying a cent, but it is always easier if you have cash (as it should be).  The Nuklheads (my team) have done about 20 seasons of this league and it keeps me interested.

The best hockey simulator game! Great support team!

Great game with a lot of potential. Admins needs to give it more time because they’ve got a diamond in their hands. The only bad side is that money takes too much place in the game but I know the admins are working on it! I would recommand that game to everybody!

Nice game very fun!!! The more you play the more you earn game money, no Need to pay to be compétitive!!

This’s amazing! The only thing I don’t like is the speed of the website.

I’ve been playing VLH since its Beta test, and I’m totally addicted. (My team is Gramsci in the Avant Garde league.) The main focus is on outsmarting the other general managers by making trade-offs and planning ahead. This is a rather interesting hockey game. Seasons are only 2 weeks long, making it quite fast. Other games usually try to stick to real life season, making it too long for my taste. Two weeks is a nice balance. Through the seasons you have to respect the salary cap, which is pretty much the same as the NHL.
