Game Features 1. Scouting System – Uncover the Hidden Gems. With the brand-new scouting mechanics, add players to your scouting board to unlock their accurate ratings and development traits. Use this information to find the perfect fit for your team and draft the next big star.

2. Player & Team Morale – Manage Relationships for Success. Winning isn’t just about skill – it’s about chemistry. Keep a close eye on player and team morale, as low morale can hurt performance. Unhappy players are also more likely to leave in free agency or enter the transfer portal in College Mode. Keep your superstars happy, or risk losing them!

3. Weekly Agenda – Plan Like a Pro. A new Weekly Agenda system helps you focus on key tasks: Train players to improve ratings, call a team meeting to improve player morale or schedule a visit with a highly touted recruit (College Mode). The choice is yours.

4. Coordinators – Build the Best Coaching Staff. Hire Offensive and Defensive Coordinators to give your team the edge. Each coordinator specializes in a position, unlocking specific training tasks & training boosts. Beware – your coordinators can leave for other jobs, including opposing team's head coaching roles!
