I'm writing from Japan. Despite the great demand for GM games in Japan, there is little recognition .. I hope that such games will spread in Japan as well. Despite being free, this simulation game allows you to experience the NBA for decades. If you go a little further, you should be able to compete with the football manager.

The game itself is a very fun and fairly realistic simulation if you want it to be. The customization is immense and the options are incredible. The real impressive part however is the developer, who is a part of a very active subreddit, and most importantly listens to the community and is constantly updating the game for totally free. Great game. Good free to play game and is pretty complex. It have some pros and cons such as the bad progression, but besides that their are many similarities to 2kmyleague. Like the draft lottery, teams if you use the reddit links and players! Fun game to play when bored.

This game is very good!! It has an option for real NBA players starting at the beginning (1946-1947 season) of the NBA, all the way to 2020. There are so many good options. You can play in whatever season you want and is very easy to use.

When players randomly drop 5 ratings out of no where it ruins the game, and its not like this just randomly happens to one player, no it happens to nearly the entire team. Impossible to make money in this game for a mid to small market. By year 3 your destined to be fired by the owner. The game is too funky and frustrating. I can drop expenses to nearly nothing and still lose money???? dumb

This game is so addictive I genuinely have to ration it as once I start playing I can’t stop! Some games have a ‘just one more game’ feeling that keeps you up all night playing. This has a ‘just one more season’. That says it all I hope

BBGM has the creative option and exciting feel of a nba 2k myleague mode without the playable features obviously. The best part, is it’s completely free. Getting a game of this value for a free is a automatic ten.

The only thing that would make this game better would be a naked picture of his creator, /u/dumbmatter

SIMPLY INCREDIBLE

Fantastic game with a developer who is constantly making updates and improvements, even adding features based on community feedback. Overall it’s the best GM game outside of 2k, and even surpasses 2k in some aspects. Would strongly recommend it to anyone!

This game is really addictive, realistic, simple, many features, and whatever difficulty you want it. The thing that stood out to me is that the developers are constantly improving it.

The screen shots don’t do this game justice. It’s intuitive, informative and most of all addictive. As a software developer, I appreciate how this game was cleverly designed to minimize cost. Game is constantly evolving and incredibly addicting. No fluff, just a great single player basketball simulator.

I grew up playing franchise mode in basketball games like NBA Live 2003 and NBA 2K. Basketball GM is a far better GM experience than any other game I have played. My only negative thing to say is that this game caused me to fail a final because I played it too much.

I’ve played this game for 2.02 days according to timestats. Absolutely incredible GM game for absolutely free and minimal ads. Add in an active community on Reddit and the creator willing to take ideas and you have the best GM game out there.

I couldn’t count how many hours I’ve spent on this game, but I’ve tried others, and this is by far the best and easiest to use. Additionally, unlike others games, this game is continuously upgraded and improved upon.
