I’ve been playing Football Legacy since the early development phase back in January this year, and it’s honestly been a really fun journey to watch the game grow. From the beginning, you could already feel that the focus of the game is on building something long-term, not just quick results.
What I enjoy most is the sense of progression. Developing your club step by step, making decisions that actually matter over time, and slowly seeing your team improve is really satisfying.
The Youth Player Development system is one of my favorite features. Watching young players grow and become part of your first team adds a lot of depth and makes the long-term planning very rewarding. The Fans feature is another great addition – it gives the club a more “alive” feeling and makes your progress feel meaningful beyond just results.
Another thing I really appreciate is that training is kept simple. It doesn’t overwhelm you with unnecessary micromanagement and instead lets you focus on the bigger picture: squad building, development, and the long-term success of your club.
What also stands out is the developer team. They are in very close contact with the community, actively listen to feedback, and regularly introduce new features. You can really feel that the game is evolving together with its player base.
If you enjoy football managers that focus on long-term development, strategy, and building a club from the ground up, Football Legacy is definitely worth checking out.
