The length of the season makes it feel like the actions you take matter a lot more. If you mess up a draft pick or end up being relegated it might take time to get back to where you were. Making it vital to not take team decisions lightly. And on the flip-side, when you win your league, find that diamond in the rough, or manage to negotiate down a contract for you franchise star player – It’s a great feeling!
