This is a really good American Football game which I have been playing for 6 seasons now. There is the challenge of building your team (the way that you want it) and managing the finances. There is the option to create your own playbook (or leave it as default). You get to decide how your team trains, which players you want to sign, to keep, to let go. You can see real progress week by week and season by season. Pete, the designer, is always on hand and ready to listen to any suggestions for improvement.
